HazPak -is a turn-key processing system that utilizes “Best Available Technology” to efficiently and safely separate and remove propellants and gases from the metal and liquid contents. Innovative gas and Mechanical technology transforms these Hazardous waste streams into three salable profit streams. 1. Metal bricks that are ideal smelter feed stock. 2. Liquid stream that can be utilized as a low grade fuel source. 3. High BTU rated liquid gas that can be used for many different fuel requirements. WirePak- is a turn-key , fully automatic machine that has the ability to transform the “other” renewable resource inside the automobile tire – “the metal strapping”. The WirePak Briquettes the loose wire strands remaining from recycled automobile tires into dense “smelter ready” blocks. The WirePak is equipped to crush and compact these metal strands into solid, dense bricks of high quality steel. These steel briquettes become a valuable income stream as a profitable commodity based on a per tonne market value of upgraded steel.
The WirePak can achieve a rate of 3000 lbs of steel an hour, ranging from less than 1% rubber content up to as much as 13%, with an end product that ranges in scale from 80 lbs per cubic foot up to 130lbs per cubic foot.
