Our Products

Eko Environmental Corporation has revolutionized the future of waste management procedures when dealing with toxic waste emissions. Using innovative engineering to meet “Best available technology” targets and our own high safety standards, we have engineered two streamlined products that turn toxic waste challenges into profitable income streams.

The 5th generation HazPak is a turn-key processing unit for all types of aerosol waste products, from household aerosol products and paint cans, to propane tanks. As a de-packaging densifier, the HazPak is a genesis of leading-edge technology designed to efficiently separate and remove both the propellant and the liquid waste contained in each hazardous waste container, while transforming the metal into recyclable materials. The HazPak is a turn-key recycling machine, an engineering feat in both mechanical and gas technology, that produces three independent income streams of recycled, saleable products that are market-ready and in demand.

The liquid and gases are stored in separate containment tanks, securely captured for reuse as both low-grade and high-grade fuel sources.  The metal containers are compacted into dry, dense, briquettes; the ideal feed stock for smelters. Consider the current price of steel and aluminum. The HazPak briquettes earn our customers a premium price per tonne. The waste liquids processed by the HazPak are valuable. Low and high-grade fuels are recaptured for recycling and resale in each industry sector. These liquid propellants are a premium fuel source. At a cycle rate of 9000 cans an hour, with immediate market-ready out-put, an investment in the HazPak is an investment in the future. What doesn’t leak out into our environment has even bigger value – for us all.

Our WirePak is a turn-key engineered machine that has the ability to transform the “other” renewable resource inside the automobile tire – the metal strapping – in a way that has the potential to change the tire recycling industry in a positive, proven way.

Processing the loose wire strands from crushed automobile tires, the WirePak is equipped to crush and compact these metal strands into solid, dense bricks of high quality steel.  These steel briquettes become a valuable income stream as a profitable commodity based on a per tonne market value of upgraded steel.

The WirePak can achieve a rate of 4000 lbs of steel an hour, ranging from less than 1% rubber content up to as much as 13%, with an end product that ranges in scale from 80 lbs per cubic foot up to 130lbs per cubic foot. With a proven track record of reliability, we have created a comprehensive system that earns our customers an impressive return on investment within the first year of the WirePak’s purchase.

Saving the planet is good for your bottom-line.
